I provide support systems for Educators, Organizations and Parents. I also provide trainings/workshops on how to be successful when dealing with Challenging Behaviors such as hitting, kicking throwing things, biting, meltdowns, tantrums, running , children on the spectrum.

I give Effective Strategies  discussing the importance of being Stern, Clear, Consistent with language vs Punitive, Reactive Developmentally Appropriate Practices while giving them solutions in real time.  Clients will come away with critical skillsets for the classroom and overall techniques to serve young children best.
